My Journey in Learning & Development Technology: Over 9 Years of Impact
My career in Learning & Development technology began over 9 years ago driven by a passion to transform traditional education into dynamic digital experiences. Starting as an IT Operations Intern and later as a Remote Education Operations Specialist at Istanbul Bilgi University, I gained foundational expertise in managing diverse LMS platforms like Blackboard, Moodle, and Zoom. This journey was pivotal in honing my skills in technical support, system administration, and content production, including video shooting and post-production
Today, as an LMS Systems Project Manager at Artı Metrik Bilişim Sistemleri, I lead end-to-end project cycles—from initial analysis to successful deployment. My focus is on creating scalable and impactful learning solutions, collaborating closely with technical teams and stakeholders. My goal remains consistent: to leverage educational technology to make a tangible difference in how people learn and grow, constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance user experience and optimize system performance.
